Wholesome Update: Neighbor Saves Cat Who Was Abandoned by Its Owners, Providing a Loving Forever Home

Sometimes people end up in the right place, at the right time. 

This wholesome update shared by u/cailloushawty on r/cats made our hooman hearts swell with joy! OP had uploaded a post with a few photos regarding a neighborhood cat whose family had left him behind when they moved. It garnered quite a bit of attention, as of course, nobody likes hearing about a poor animal who was abandoned by its owners… That is why OP's most recent post, sharing the fact that OP had adopted this adorable cat, was so heartwarming. OP made sure to add lots of photos so that fellow Redditors who had been following this cat's story could see how great its new life was.

    Hey guys! I posted in here the picture above months ago and was met with so much love! Of course many people had the justified concern that this stray I found had been lost by its prior family. I ended up taking her to a vet where they found her microchip and we were able to get in touch with the family, who said they did in fact let her go because of financial reasons, and figured out that she's 2 years old! A few days before this, our downstairs neighbor let her outside

    in a dr: en confusion and I found her the next day back in front of my door but sh t with a bibi g 1, seen in the pictures above. Once again we took her to the vet and were able to get cream for her wo nd! For the next few months I recorded a whole album with newly 'guama' on my side. I take her everywhere with me and we're such a perfect match, I just feel so glad I could make her happy. Guama also said share appreciates all you for rocking with her. Thanks again for all the awesome support and
